Training Options

We're not just building vaulters. We're building athletes who happen to vault — and that's why they keep getting better.

How We Train

Every session starts the same way: a 25-minute sprint and gymnastics warmup built to develop real speed and strength. Then we vault.

Pole vault is one of the most technical events in track — but technique isn't the limiting factor for most athletes. If you're not fast enough or strong enough to hold a position, there's nothing to coach yet. So we develop the whole athlete first, and the bars take care of themselves.

The Sessions

Beginner

First-Year Vaulters

Never held a pole? Good — no bad habits to fix. Beginner classes cover safe landings, grip and carry, straight-pole drills, and short-run jumps. All equipment provided, no school team required.

Advanced

Everyone Past Year One

Advanced sessions are where most of the club trains — high school vaulters chasing district and state bars alongside our college athletes. Bigger warmups, harder technical work, real poles to move through.

Open

Anyone Can Jump

Open sessions are exactly that — open. Any level, any age, come get reps on the runway.

Semi-Private

Run & Takeoff Work with Coach Scotty

Twice a week, Coach Scotty runs semi-private sessions focused entirely on the run and takeoff — for athletes who feel that part of their jump needs extra attention. Small groups, one thing, done right.

More Than Reps

Training here means being part of a club — teammates who show up for each other at practice and at meets. The work is serious. The atmosphere doesn't have to be.

Memberships & Packages

If you're a high school vaulter serious about this event, membership is the way to train here. Members jump up to 3 days a week in whichever advanced sessions they want, get discounted pole rentals and meet-day coaching fees, and college-bound members receive sprint training plans to follow between sessions.
